Please note: Cancellation requests must be received within 6 hours of placing your order. Requests without an order number may be delayed while we locate your account, and a processing fee of up to $10.00 applies to cancellations made within the window.

We do not process cancellation requests made through any other channel (social media, phone, chat, etc.) or any email that does not include the required order details.If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at help@thenuvala.com. You do not need to return the damaged item — we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
To exchange an item, please return the original item in accordance with our refund policy. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
